NEW BANDOENG TEMPO DOELOE
Modern Architecture with Art Deco Style
Bandung possesses layers of striking architecture in diverse international styles ranging from
the Indo-European era in the 20s, famous with its art deco style, and international modernism era starting
from the 50s through the 70s. The elegance of these architecture styles inspires us that the aesthetic
is as important as function.

Kota Baru Parahyangan, the largest township community in Bandung
presents
The New Bandoeng Tempo Doeloe
an array of finest frontage houses with classic modernism twist which was popular in the 50s.
Redefining the old-but-gold architecture and blend it with the modern-days comfort and amenities.

The Design
New Bandoeng Tempo Doeloe showcases dozens of luxurious houses with options
of Lakeview backyard and valley. Designed by architect Vincent Hadi, this house marries a geometric structure with
interconnected and airy interiors, instilling a sense of peace and harmony.

The living area, dining room and master bedroom all have a direct view of the green spaces and are designed
with cross ventilation to optimalized air circulation and natural light.
The ‘half-moon shape pillar’ seen from the facade not only adds character to the house but is also essential for this 2 storeys house’s ventilation.
